AIRCEL IS ORGANIZING A QUIZ "AIRCEL APPS FOR ME QUIZ".

THE DETAILED TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE HEREUNDER.
Being promoting the use of Value Added Services via it’s PocketApps(tm), AIRCEL offers visitors to it’s website www.aircel.com a chance to win Aircel INQ handsets by participating in a contest. AIRCEL intends to share this opportunity to visitors who visit www.aircel.com from 10:00:00 hrs on the 22nd of September 2010 to 11:59:59 hrs on the 22nd of October 2010.
  1. All visitors to www.aircel.com who participate in the Contest by clicking on the “Play” button hereby agree with the terms & conditions as mentioned below and undertake to abide by the same unconditionally.

    How to participate:
  1. Any visitor to www.aircel.com can participate in this Contest.
  2. The interested participants should click on the ‘Play’ button as mentioned on the web page and do the following:
    1. Follow the instructions on how the participate in the contest as mentioned on the web page.
    2. Enter your personal details when prompted.
    3. All participants will have to submit their contact details as mentioned on the web page in order to be eligible to receive the prize.
    4. If a winner is found to be ineligible / or the prize is returned undelivered the prize will be given to the next eligible participant/winner.
  3. All Aircel employees (i.e. employees of Aircel Limited, Aircel Cellular Limited, Dishnet Wireless Limited), the Directors, distributors, channel Partners, or their family members or any other person likewise directly related to Aircel or this promotional event, are not eligible to participate in this Quiz, for which Aircel, in its absolute discretion, shall determine the eligibility of any such visitor-participant falling within the category of personnel as stated in this clause. Such decision shall be final and binding on the participant-of this Quiz
  4. Participation time – The Quiz is open from 10:00:00 hrs on the 22nd of September 2010 to 11:59:59 hrs on the 22nd of October 2010.
  5. Invalid entry or abusive entry or incomplete entry by participant shall not entitle such participant participation in the Quiz. The decision with regard to rejection of an entry due to its invalidity or abusive nature or incompleteness shall be solely be decided by Aircel.
  6. Aircel reserves their right to change prizes offered as part of talent Quiz at any time.
  7. Aircel shall not have any obligation under this Quiz and is entitled to withdraw this Quiz at any time at its discretion, without any cause.
  8. The participant who is eligible to win a prize will be communicated through a confirmation call or an e-mail within reasonable time after registering on www.aircel.com.
  9. The selection of the type of prize, will be determined at the sole discretion of Aircel.
  10. Aircel shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to the participant or any of their designated nominee(s) due to entering into this Quiz.
  11. During or thereafter this Quiz, participant shall not be entitled to hold Aircel responsible for anything, or any loss sustained by participant, as participant understands all the terms and condition of this Quiz and has entered this Quiz at it’s own sole discretion and free will.
  12. The names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail identities and/or photographs of winner may be used by Aircel for sending out commercial information and/or for other commercial, publicity or promotional purposes.
  13. By participating in Quiz, participant warrants that he/she participating in this Contest voluntarily and all information submitted by him/her, is true, current and complete.
  14. Aircel at its own discretion can accept or reject any entries of participant or winner selection and no objection in this regard shall be entertained including but not limited to non-compliance with the Aircel ‘Customer Application Form (CAF)’ conditions (for existing Aircel subscribers), lack of complete address, or failure to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein, etc
  15. Prizes cannot be substituted for other articles or gifts by winner.
  16. Aircel offers no guarantee or warranty in relation to opportunity to win this Quiz.
  17. All decisions of Aircel in relation to Quiz shall be final and binding upon participant No correspondence or objection shall be entertained in this regard.
  18. Aircel offers no guarantee or warranty in relation to prize deliverables/products.
  19. Participant has read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions hereof and has in his/her sole discretion participated in this Quiz.
  20. Contest shall be subject to the laws of India.
  21. All or any dispute arising hereof between Aircel and participant shall be subject to the courts jurisdiction in Chennai
  22. Aircel shall not be liable for any failure to perform any or all of its obligations hereunder is due to or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond the reasonable control of Aircel, including act of God, fire, lockout, strike or other official labour dispute, union problem, riot or civil commotion, terrorism, satellite failure, failure of technical facilities not within the reasonable control of Aircel, act of public enemy, enactment, rule or order or act of government, such act or event being deemed an event of force majeure.
